CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4pm. Checkout time is 10am.
PARKING: Please register your car with the front desk upon arrival. One car is allowed per unit. You will receive a tag to display in your car window. If you arrive on a weekend, check with office when they reopen on Monday. You do not need to check with office to enter our unit.
GROCERY CARTS/LUGGAGE RACKS: Located near lobby for your use. Please return.
TOURIST INFO: There is a large brochure rack by the lobby. Coupon books, dining guides, tourist activities, etc.
BEACH GEAR: Feel free to use boogies boards, beach chairs, coolers, mats, snorkel gear, etc. stored in laundry room and spare bedroom. Please clean sand off before returning to condo. There is an outside shower/footwash near the south elevator. This shower, as well as shower in pool area, are convenient places to clean sand off your feet before heading up to condo.
TRASH and RECYCLING: Trash chute on 6th floor is located just a few doors down from our unit. Recycling center is in the parking lot. Use recycling bin in the kitchen pantry cabinet to collect recyclables then take a trip to the parking lot on occasion. Or feel free to leave this for the cleaning crew if you don’t have a need to empty it during your stay.
LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer in the unit. Please do laundry during your stay if you’re using lots of towels. We ask that you leave only the final load of towels and linens for the cleaning crew. When large parties leave numerous towels, it’s difficult for housekeeping to turn the room before next guests arrive. Thanks for your understanding.
